Boston Energy sign Army Forces Covenant
Boston Energy are proud to announce that Mark Parkes (MD) signed the Armed Forces Covenant on the 14th October 2019. By doing so, they commit to honour the Armed Forces Covenant and continue to support the armed forces community. With 35% of Boston Energy personnel having forces backgrounds, they recognise the great value that serving personnel, both regular and reservists, Veterans and Military contribute to their business and our country.
Following on from this, they were eager to host an ex-forces open day to help people who are/will soon be transitioning into civilian employment. This event, held on the 31st October 2019, was fully booked and was very successful in providing an insight into the wind energy, aviation and rail industries including transferable skills and the transitioning process.
