Chairman’s Christmas Message
Dear Colleagues
On behalf of the Directors and Advisory Board of THMA can I wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and hopefully, a much happier new year then 2020 has been for most of us.
2020 has seen huge changes to all our lives and our businesses. We have all learnt a lot about ourselves and the world we live in, and the way we can do business. If anyone had told me we could run a law firm with all staff working from home I would have said they were mad. 12 months ago if I had gone into Court wearing a face mask I would have expected the Police Tactical Support Group to have come in and arrested me! We have learnt new words and phrases like “furlough”, “Zoom”, and “you’re still on mute!”.
THMA has, like many other organisations, seen changes. Some would have happened in any event as a result of changes to the Board, but others have been as a result of Covid. Our big event (and fund raiser) OWC did not happen. However it is returning in April 2021 come what may. Watch this space and expect something different!
2021 will indeed be a new year for THMA and the team here look forward to taking our organisation forward.
